col-wide

Job-Beschreibung:

We are looking for a working student to support us with some internal projects. You'll work on interesting tasks on your own authority but our team of experienced engineers are available to support you (and sometimes directly work with you as well). Projects range from working on websites as well as full-stack applications and internal automation. All work is with JavaScript/TypeScript and related technologies like HTML/CSS, databases, GitHub Actions, etc.

Since we are a distributed company with an international team, we need someone who is fluent in english and comfortable writing and speaking english on a professional level.

What will you do?

  • Build websites, web apps as well as scripted automation (mostly) in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Work with our team to help out with tasks as they come up
  • Figure out solutions without detailed guidance but with the support of an experienced team
  • Be on top of our content schedule and tasks

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • A long-term relationship with the opportunity to grow and learn
  • A completely flexible working schedule
  • Complete freedom to choose where you work from – we don't have an office you need to come to
  • A flat organization with little process standing in your way
  • Regular company events to meet your team members
  • An international, communicative and supportive team
  • Flexible work environment (fully remote within Europe – choose between a paid office space that suits you or working from home)
  • latest MacBook Pro

Diversity

We strongly believe that diversity of experience contributes to a wider outlook of our team that not only improves our working atmosphere but also increases our productivity as a company. We are committed to increase the diversity of our team wherever we can and we encourage everyone to consider becoming a part of it.

How to apply?

Please send us an email with your application to info@simplabs.com. We're not interested so much in documents from school or your university but rather in why you'd like to do the work outlined above and why you think you're a good fit for us. If you can include some references to work you've done in the area before and maybe even some links to open source on GitHub, we'd love to see that!

Anforderungen:

  • Familiar with JavaScript and/or TypeScript as well as related technologies like HTML/CSS, databases, etc.
  • good english speaker and writer
  • interested in web technology and following latest developments
  • A good communicator
  • comfortable using tools like GitHub, Slack, etc.
